6 Minutes: 1 Male/1 Female Each find a 1RM Snatch
6 Minutes: 1 Male/1 Female Each find a 1RM Clean and Jerk

Standards: Snatch - Must start from the floor, and declare to judge what the weight on the bar is for the attempt. Only 1 person can lift at a time. The lift can be a power snatch, or squat snatch, and if the person wants to go from the hang they can do that as well. Bar must start on the floor and snatched to the overhead position, with full lockout at top, standing the rep up where the judge gives the good lift command.

Clean and Jerk - Same Standards as snatch in terms of the bar starting on the floor and being cleaned to the shoulders. Can be a power clean or squat clean, and can also be cleaned from the hang. The shoulder to OH position can be achieved in any form of the following, strict press, push press, push jerk, split jerk or squat jerk. Finishing the rep is full lockout overhead, with both feet together. Again the judge will give the good lift command before the bar is dropped.

MF Pair 2 Complete the following:

***When BOTH pairs complete the given work, they switch stations and complete the same rep
scheme. Once both pairs complete both stations, they continue to the finish mat.****
Athletes will be wearing 5.11 Tactical Vests for the duration of the workout

At the call of 3,2,1 GO. All 4 athletes enter the workout floor. MF pair 1 go to the TrueForm to complete their sprint distance depending on Division. MF pair 2 heads to the couplet to complete 3 sets of Wall Balls and T2B. Once a pair finishes their portion of the workout, they head to the middle mat and wait for the other MF pair to finish.
Once all 4 athletes are on the middle mat, MF pair 2 heads to the TrueForm, and MF pair 1
goes to the couplet. Once a pair finishes their portion of the workout, they head to the finish mat.
Once all 4 teammates are on the finish mat, time stops.

Synchronized Wall Ball - The synchronization happens at the bottom of the squat, meaning both
athletes are in a full depth squat at the same time. That does not mean they have to achieve that position at the same time, one athlete may get there first, but cannot come out of that position until they both achieve a full depth squat. This is the only place that needs to be synchro-
nized, the ball does NOT have to hit the target at the same time.

T2B - Both heels must clear the plane of the pull-up bar, and both feet must hit the pull-up bar
inside the hands at the same time. In order for the reps to be counted, the other partner must be hanging from the pull-up bar while the other partner is completing reps. No minimum work requirement needs to be met, if one athlete chooses to do all the T2B that is fine.

TrueForm Runner - Only one person running at a time, and hands can be used to start but once
running the athlete must keep hands off of the rails. They may split this work up however they
like, switching as often as they like.

This workout is scored for time. If a team gets time capped, each rep left in the workout will add
1 second to the time cap of 12 minutes. Each 10m on the TrueForm is worth a rep. All 4 athletes
getting to the finish mat is worth 1 rep.
