Weekend Timelines for Athletes, Spectators

Whether you're competing or watching the event, here are some times to keep in mind for the events on Saturday and Sunday. Teams, you will need to check-in when you arrive each day but will only need to be at the events beginning on Saturday. Saturday morning includes team check-ins, opening ceremony, and workout standards for the day. Any questions that you have will be answered at that time. 

Note that ALL TEAMS will compete Saturday AND Sunday. Every team registered is guarenteed five workouts. #Prepare

Saturday (8AM-5PM)

  • Opening Ceremonies: 8AM
  • WOD 1/WOD 2: 8:45AM-1:00 PM
    The workout that you complete first will depend on your division. RX/Elite will begin with WOD 1, followed by WOD 2 and scaled will do the opposite. Both workouts will be completed within this timeframe. 
  • WOD 3: 1:30 PM- 5:00 PM
    This is the last workout of the day and will be run in the order of Scaled --> RX ---> Elite

Sunday (8AM-3:30PM)

  • Opening Ceremonies: 8AM
  • WOD 4/WOD 5: 8:45AM-1:00 PM
    The workout that you complete first will depend on your division. RX/Elite will begin with WOD 4, followed by WOD 5 and scaled will do the opposite. Both workouts will be completed within this timeframe. 
  • FINALS: 1:30 PM- 3:30 PM
    This is the final event of the weekend and will run Scaled --> RX ---> Elite
